Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations and service delivery at the branch, ensuring seamless customer experience
• Manage and lead a team of frontline staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback
• Implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and compliance
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and address customer needs and concerns
• Analyze branch performance metrics and implement strategies to drive continuous improvement
• Ensure the branch maintains a professional and welcoming environment
• Represent the bank in community events and foster strong relationships with local stakeholders
