Responsibilities

• Handling Gold Loan Customers in the Branch, explain Product Features, handling queries from customers, support in documentation and End to End Loans processing in LOS.
• Clear and resolve all Audit queries, FCU queries
• Handle Gold Loan Customer servicing
• Responsible for Insurance Cross Sell targets
• Manage the training agenda for the branch to ensure the Branch staff/DST are following the required procedures

Requirements

• 2 to 6 years of handling Gold Loan Operations with Gold Loan NBFCs/ Banks
• Graduation
• Excellent interpersonal
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients.
• Strong understanding on loan processes
• Knowledge about internal/external regulations.
• Capable of managing the loan origination system
• Team Player
• Target oriented
• Display of RED Attitude (Reliable, Easy to deal with & Dependable)
