What You'll Do
•Serve as the face of AOI and the first point of contact for visitors, clients, vendors, and partners.
•Provide Executive Support to the CEO through calendar management, meeting coordination, travel planning, communications, and project support.
•Oversee reception operations and maintain a polished office environment.
•Coordinate hospitality services, refreshments, and meeting space readiness.
•Ensure shared spaces remain organized, functional, and inviting.
•Assist with internal events, employee celebrations, and company communications.
•Oversee office operations, supplies, vendors, mail, shipping, and workplace readiness.
What We're Looking For
• 3–5 years of Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or similar experience.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
• Professional executive presence and discretion.
• Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
• Experience coordinating events and workplace operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling platforms.
