About the role

Business Function

Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

 

Responsibilities

  • To complete credit card and unsecured loan application process, such as document verification, system data input and verification and loan disbursement.
  • To conduct CDD reviews on credit cards and unsecured loan applicants.
  • To detect suspicious application/document to prevent fraud.
  • To work closely with internal stakeholder on daily operations.
  • To provide clerical and cross team support, if necessary.
  • To prepare various reports for daily usage, audit and managerial reporting.
  • To assist immediate supervisor to provide guidance and training to new join staff.
  • To understand the bank policies on data protection, risk & security control and regulatory compliance to comply requirements; and escalate problem / exception to supervisor or manager immediately.
  • To support in ad-hoc project and assist to conduct user acceptance testing & live verification as well as live verification on various systems enhancements to have better customer experience, increase productivity and control effectiveness in daily operations
  • To timely escalate issue or incident to supervisor
  • To assist in designing UAT test cases and performing UAT testing according to the pre-defined test cases.
  • To provide initiative ideas to improve workflow.

 

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry, preferably in unsecured lending operations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve operational issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficient in using relevant banking and financial software applications
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Commitment to providing high-quality customer service
