Job Description

- As the coordinator between IBG RM, CBG branch and T&O Ops for payroll account opening arrangement.

- Schedule on site A/C opening with payroll company.

- Liaise with credit card sales for xsell.

- End to end on site account opening, including DAO upgrade handling.

- Introduce payroll package in employees meeting, not only introduce payroll A/C benefits, but also overall CBG products benefits, such as credit card, Treasures and loan privileges... etc.

- Referral potential Treasures to branch RM.

- Prospect for new business opportunities within the payroll services market through various channels including cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and industry conferences.

Requirement

1. University graduation

2. 2-4 years of working experience in banking or service industry

3. Good interpersonal and strong communication skills

4. Customer and service orientation

5. Work experience in payroll account opening business will be a plus.
