Responsibilities

- Reactivate existing Treasures customers to identify their needs and explore AUM top up opportunity

- Acquire new to bank Treasures customer from different channels

- As a Digital Ambassador for General Banking services

- Provide superior service to customers in accordance with the Treasures Customer Interaction Model and the Bank’s service standards

- Adhere all internal policies & procedure, guideline, including the staff licensing, fit and properness of staff, anti-money laundering policy, Know Your Customer principles and refined sales process. Assist CSM to ensure KYC, anti-money laundering, documentation completeness in account opening and in each deal

Requirements

- Degree holder, preferably in business or finance related

- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in consumer banking industry with strong sales drive

- Exposure to investment products and priority banking services preferred

- Self-starter with a tenacity to succeed, and a flair for selling

- Customer-focused, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Certified Retail Wealth Professional preferred

- HKIB Certified Banker preferred

- Fluent in Mandarin & English are required

- Fulfillment of requirements under the Enhanced Competency Framework preferred
