You will also have opportunities for career growth and promotion through the teaching development track.</p> <hr> <h2><strong>Job Responsibilities</strong></h2> <ul> <li> <p>Deliver offline classes for assigned grade levels, with thorough lesson preparation and high-quality teaching;</p> </li> <li> <p>Communicate with parents after class and provide timely updates on students’ learning progress;</p> </li> <li> <p>Participate in offline training sessions during the first three months, with at least<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span><strong>3 days of participation per week</strong>;</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>After the training period, weekend classes (Saturday and/or Sunday) may be required depending on the schedule. Weekly teaching commitment remains around 3 days.</strong></p> </li> </ul> <hr> <h2><strong>Requirements</strong></h2> <ul> <li> <p>Proficient in both<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span><strong>Chinese and English</strong>, and able to use both as working languages;</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong mathematics foundation, capable of teaching primary and secondary school mathematics in both languages;</p> </li> <li> <p>Excellent communication skills, willingness to share, and enjoyment of interacting with students and parents.</p> </li> </ul> <hr> <h2><strong>Compensation</strong></h2> <ul> <li> <p><strong>Class-hour rate:</strong><span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span>Starting from<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span><strong>RM70/hour</strong>; competition classes are paid at<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span><strong>1.5×</strong><span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span>the standard rate;</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Transportation allowance:</strong><span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span>RM500/month;</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>First 6 months guaranteed salary:</strong><span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span>RM4000/month (whichever is higher between the guaranteed salary and actual class-hour earnings).</p> </li> </ul> </div> </div> </div> </section> </div>
