About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and evolve onboarding strategies across multiple company locations and functions.
- Own and continuously improve preboarding, onboarding, and probation review processes.
- Design and implement employee adaptation and integration programs.
- Develop and manage onboarding content, communication materials, and employee resources to support a seamless onboarding and adaptation experience.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance onboarding portals, checklists, and digital onboarding tools.
- Monitor and analyze onboarding and adaptation metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Drive initiatives aimed at enhancing employee experience and engagement.
- Conduct Employee Journey Mapping exercises and identify key improvement areas across the employee lifecycle.
- Align onboarding activities across Recruiting, Hiring Managers, HRBPs, IT, and Operations to deliver a seamless cross-functional employee experience.
- Support international employees and relocation-related programs.
- Partner closely with technical teams to define, develop, and implement HR technology solutions.
- Gather and document business requirements for HR process automation and digitalization initiatives.
- Drive process optimization, standardization, and continuous improvement across onboarding and employee experience programs.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- 3–5 years of experience in HR, Employee Experience, Onboarding, Adaptation, or HR Project Management.
- Proven experience managing HR projects independently from initiation to implementation.
- Full professional proficiency in English.
- Experience working with international and multicultural teams.
- Experience implementing digital HR tools, onboarding platforms, and process automation solutions.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, including HR, Recruiting, IT, and business teams.
- Process improvement and optimization mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively prioritize workload.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into actionable solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
