<p><strong>How You Will Make an Impact:</strong></p>
<p>As an OnCore Operator you will be reporting to the Lead Operator or Foreman, this position will be responsible for operating mobile processing equipment systems.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Learns how to monitor and control plant operating systems. Learns how to make adjustments based on production objectives and QA lab results.</li>
<li>Learns the operation of the plant to monitor production and quality, anticipating and solving problems in a timely manner.</li>
<li>Participates in projects that improve efficiency and/or reduce operating costs.</li>
<li>Participates in plant maintenance program.</li>
<li>Communicates directly with the shift lead to coordinate and identify maintenance and repair needs.</li>
<li>Develops knowledge and skills to perform preventative maintenance on equipment.</li>
<li>Completes Pre-Op Inspection form before operating equipment and properly filing it.</li>
<li>Complies with Safety program, learns the proper way to address safety issues from the lead.</li>
<li>Starts learning cross-function operations, including Wet Plant and Load out Operations.</li>
<li>Develops computer skills for load out operation and production reporting.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Comfortable working outside in the elements.</li>
<li>Performing general labor such as plant clean-up and Housekeeping.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Minimum Requirements:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>High School Diploma or GED required</li>
<li>Sufficient education to make appropriate arithmetic equations and complete written documentation and records</li>
<li>Zero to one year experience in silica, aggregate or similar facility preferred.</li>
<li>Mechanical knowledge preferred in plant maintenance and rolling stock; prior experience operating front end loader, scraper, excavator, and bull dozer and other support equipment preferred.</li>
<li>Some computer skills to perform the load out functions with our software.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Physical Demands:<br></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Regularly required to sit or stand, reach and move about the site/facility.</li>
<li>Frequently lift 65 lbs. or more.</li>
<li>Frequently climbs ladders and stairs.</li>
</ul>
