Key Responsibilities

• Receive and process leads efficiently
• Prepare and analyze sales reports for management and sales teams
• Track monthly sales performance and identify improvement areas
• Provide insights and recommendations to enhance sales performance
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports
• Coordinate between departments to issue client contracts
• Manage and complete account review forms accurately
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks
• Ensure data accuracy and maintain updated records
• Assist in quality assurance (monitoring sales call performance)

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in a similar role (Sales Admin, Sales Coordinator, Office Manager, or Operational Role)
• Industry Background: Real Estate, Banking, or Automotive

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent command of English (spoken & written)
• Strong knowledge of MS Office
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities
• Excellent communication skills
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality

Work Conditions
