This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career at the intersection of operations and cybersecurity compliance.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Job Responsibilities</strong></p> <p><strong>Engagement Operations &amp; Coordination</strong><br>• Support the end-to-end operational execution of audit engagements across all service lines (SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, CMMC, HITRUST, FedRAMP).<br>• Manage engagement setup, intake tracking, and workflow coordination in internal project management systems.<br>• Monitor engagement milestones, flag timeline risks, and assist in resource and deadline tracking.<br>• Coordinate across audit teams to ensure timely delivery of client-facing and internal deliverables.<br>• Support client onboarding logistics, including system access setup and documentation preparation.<br><strong>Process Improvement &amp; Quality</strong><br>• Identify and document operational bottlenecks and recommend actionable process improvements.<br>• Assist in maintaining and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs), templates, and documentation repositories.<br>• Support internal quality control reviews to ensure deliverable consistency with firm standards.<br>• Contribute to the rollout of operational process changes and new tools across delivery teams.<br><strong>Data, Reporting &amp; Analytics</strong><br>• Collect, organize, and maintain operational data for internal reporting and leadership dashboards.<br>• Track key operational KPIs including engagement utilization, project timelines, and team capacity.<br>• Prepare regular status reports and ad hoc analyses for the Director of Operations and senior leadership.<br>• Maintain data integrity across internal systems and ensure records are current and accurate.<br><strong>Technology &amp; Systems</strong><br>• Maintain and update internal tools including project tracking platforms (e.g., Asana, Jira, Monday.com) and collaboration systems.<br>• Provide operational support for compliance automation platforms (e.g., Vanta, Drata, Secureframe).<br>• Assist in the evaluation and adoption of new technologies that enhance team efficiency.<br><strong>Cross-Functional Support</strong><br>• Serve as a liaison between audit delivery, client success, HR, and finance teams to support coordinated operations.<br>• Support special projects and strategic initiatives as directed by Operations leadership.<br>• Contribute to internal training materials, onboarding documentation, and knowledge base content.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p> <p><strong>Education</strong><br>• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Operations Management, or a related field.</p> <p><br><strong>Experience</strong><br>• 2+ years of experience in operations, project coordination, audit support, or a related role.<br>• Experience in professional services, consulting, audit, or a compliance-adjacent environment strongly preferred.<br>• Familiarity with cybersecurity compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, CMMC, PCI DSS) is a plus.</p> <p><br><strong>Skills &amp; Competencies</strong><br>• Strong organizational and project coordination skills with exceptional attention to detail.<br>• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets; experience with project management tools (Asana, Jira, or equivalent).<br>• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.<br>• Analytical mindset — comfortable working with data, building reports, and identifying trends.<br>• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.<br>• Collaborative team player with a proactive, solutions-oriented work style.<br>• High integrity and discretion when handling confidential client and organizational information.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>PREFERRED CERTIFICATIONS</strong><br>Not required, but the following are viewed favorably:<br>• Project Management Professional (PMP) or CAPM<br>• Lean Six Sigma (Green or Yellow Belt)<br>• CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor)<br>• Any foundational cybersecurity or compliance credential (e.g., CompTIA Security+, ISO 27001 Foundation)</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>WHAT MAKES YOU SUCCESSFUL HERE</strong><br>You take ownership.
