Operations Principal

<p><strong>The job in short</strong></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">As an Operations Principal you are a versatile, self-driven, proactive and hands-on leader. You oversee the Services organization in several regions, and manage one or more operations managers. Your overall assignment is to develop and implement processes &amp; methods to secure systematic successful operations within Services.</span></p> <p><strong>Meet the job</strong></p> <p data-renderer-start-pos="316">You are both strategic and hands-on and have extensive experience in managing operations in a fast-changing international company, so you understand the need to deliver and how trustful relationships make this work. You are passionate about Operations and you are a people manager that understands that only with the best people you will create outstanding results.</p> <p data-renderer-start-pos="684">After you made sure our recruitment basics exceed industry standards, we expect you to take initiatives to introduce Backbase employee experiences that no-one has seen before.</p> <p><strong>How about you</strong><br>● 8+ years of experience in a similar job (operations, coordination, project management);</p> <p>●Bachelor degree or similar working experience;</p> <p>●Fluent in English (written and spoken).</p> <p>● Experience in either of Sales operations ( Deals, Pricing of contracts, Salesforce/CRM experience), Business Operations ( Resource management, Bench management, Allocations, Timesheets), Finance operations ( Budgets, forecast, P&amp;L, scorecard monitoring), Professional services automation platform experience, Advanced Excel, Presentations, story boarding, problem solving<br>● Preferred candidates from MBA Finance/Operations / CA/ CWA background.&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
