Customer satisfaction and commitment to superior quality of service are our top business priorities, along with investing in and supporting our partners and employees.<br><br>We are a true International IT provider and are proud to deliver our services through global simplicity with trusted transparency.</p> </div> <div class="job-posting-section"> <p><strong>Position Overview:</strong></p> <p>Due to continued business growth, EOS are seeking an Operations Associate to help fulfil and exceed the company’s service delivery requirements.</p> <p><strong>Daily Duties:</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Sourcing and liaising with third party vendors globally to provide IT &amp; AV equipment</li> <li>Manage delivery timescales, mitigating delays and reporting such to management</li> <li>Working closely with key internal and external stakeholders</li> <li>Providing a high level of customer service to our clients, some of which are leading global IT organisations</li> <li>Proactively plan and organize inbound and outbound deliveries to meet implementation dates</li> <li>Carryout purchase order processing</li> <li>Undertake training as required or as identified by management for the proper execution or development within your role/company.</li> <li>Any other ad hoc duties as reasonably required by the company and within the competency of the post-holder</li> </ul> <p><strong>Essential Criteria:</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li> <li>Highly IT literate and proficient in Microsoft Office software programs (Outlook, Word, Excel)</li> <li>Strong numeracy skills and analytical ability</li> <li>Efficient time management skills, with ability to manage workload and prioritize tasks</li> <li>Able to work as part of a team in a fast moving, growing global company</li> <li>Evidence of excellent organisational and proactive problem solver, who can think on their feet to overcome issues with supply.</li> <li>Can maintain a high standard of work, even when working under pressure and handling multiple issues</li> <li>Be a motivated, self-starter, who can demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in their work.</li> <li>Be flexible and adaptable to change to meet the needs of the customer working across different time zones.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Desirable Skills:</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Degree in Business/IT management or related business discipline is desirable but not required</li> <li>Demonstrable experience working in either a Procurement/Customer Service/IT or Logistics role</li> <li>Experience of Audio Visual/Video Conferencing and Networking environments</li> <li>Experience using ERP systems e.g., Sage X3, QuickBooks</li> <li>A firm knowledge of the supply chain process</li> </ul> </div> <div class="job-posting-section"><em>EOS is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
