This position is accountable for the accuracy, completeness, and implementation of customer flight schedules within our 72-hour window. It is also accountable for timely communication, accurate ground handling setup, overall, on-time performance and providing professional customer service.<strong> </strong></p> <p><strong><u>Major Job Accountabilities:</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Maintain AIMS operating system database with aircraft dispositions</li> <li>Build and manage flight schedules in AIMS</li> <li>Process customer’s operational requests (i.e. schedule changes, courier listing requests, etc.)</li> <li>Research and set up required ground support for commercial charter flights, AMC missions, and diversions.</li> <li>Act as the main point of contact (POC) for the 72-hour window of operation for customers, ops teams and ground ops staff.</li> <li>Communicate l information/changes to all affected stations, vendors and departments.</li> <li>Review reports for operational data and update the operating system as necessary</li> <li>Monitor all flight activity including researching and coding delays</li> <li>Assist customers with operational issues and offline flying when requested.</li> <li>Assist customers with information on the movement of their shipments.</li> <li>Act as a liaison between System Control and all other GCC department staff.</li> <li>Handle a high volume of communications, including telephone, SITA, and email traffic.</li> <li>Ensure that Customs, Immigration and Agriculture are arranged for Commercial Charters entering the U.S.</li> <li>Help Coordinate recovery plans for aircraft disruptions</li> </ul> <p><strong><u>Qualifications:&nbsp; </u></strong></p> <ul> <li>BS or BA degree in aviation or equivalent relevant experience required.</li> <li>Ability to handle multiple tasks</li> <li>Prior airline operations experience preferred</li> <li>Comfortable with making key decisions</li> <li>Computer proficiency</li> <li>Perform well under pressure</li> <li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills</li> <li>Flexibility with work schedule to include working nights, weekends and holidays</li> <li>Able to successfully complete required OJT training</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p>The Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
