About the role
We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Operations Coordinator to play a key role in supporting our sales and project delivery teams.
This is a varied and fast-paced role, responsible for managing the flow of information from pre-sale activity through to project setup and ongoing operational support. You’ll work closely with internal teams across sales, project delivery, finance, and supply chain to ensure data accuracy, seamless processes, and strong coordination across the business.
About you
You'll bring experience in sales administration or project coordination, ideally from a manufacturing environment, and are confident working across CRM, ERP and related systems.
Highly organised and detail-focused, you can manage competing priorities, maintain accurate data, and work cross-functionally with confidence.
You’re proactive, solutions-focused, and comfortable handling contracts, job setup, and system-driven processes.
What you will be doing
Sales & Pre-Sales Support
Support pre-sale activities by setting up and maintaining deals, jobs, and draft sales contracts to ensure opportunities are accurately captured and documented.
Project Set Up & Data Management
Manage the transfer of approved sales information into operational systems, maintaining accurate project records, documentation, and system alignment.
System Monitoring & Accuracy
Perform structured system checks to ensure data integrity, monitor activity across systems, and proactively identify and resolve issues.
Travel Coordination
Coordinate travel arrangements and track requirements to support operational teams and ensure compliance with company processes.
