
About the role
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and follow up on daily operational tasks and activities
Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely execution of operations
Prepare reports, schedules, and operational documentation
Monitor process performance and identify areas for improvement
Support the Operations Manager with administrative and coordination tasks
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
1–3 years of experience in operations or coordination roles
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Preferred Skills:
Experience in operations planning or logistics
Strong problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and time management
