About the role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and follow up on daily operational tasks and activities

  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely execution of operations

  • Prepare reports, schedules, and operational documentation

  • Monitor process performance and identify areas for improvement

  • Support the Operations Manager with administrative and coordination tasks

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field

  • 1–3 years of experience in operations or coordination roles

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in operations planning or logistics

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Attention to detail and time management
