<p><strong>THE ROLE</strong></p>
<p data-start="332" data-end="730">The <strong data-start="336" data-end="370">Regional Operations Lead</strong> is a key leadership position responsible for ensuring the consistent, high-quality execution of core operational processes across all depots in the region (USA & Canada). You will act as the critical link between central teams and local execution, driving performance on key KPIs such as <strong data-start="644" data-end="669">Customer Satisfaction</strong>, <strong data-start="671" data-end="697">Operational Efficiency</strong>, and <strong data-start="703" data-end="729">Ancillary Availability</strong>.</p>
<p data-start="732" data-end="986">This role demands analytical thinking, team leadership, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving. The<strong> </strong>Regional Operations Lead<strong data-start="336" data-end="370"> </strong>supports the Regional Director both strategically and operationally, while directly managing a team of high-performing Operations Analysts.</p>

<p data-start="1060" data-end="1147">Ensure execution of core processes across all depots at high quality and consistency.</p>

<p data-start="1152" data-end="1275">Guarantee compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and proper deployment of central initiatives in the field.</p>

<p data-start="1280" data-end="1403">Oversee regional adherence to central scheduling tools, planning logic, and standards to maintain alignment and visibility.</p>

<p data-start="1777" data-end="1901">Lead and develop a team of Operations Analysts, ensuring clarity of roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations.</p>

<p data-start="2011" data-end="2116">Act as the operations conduit between central teams (e.g., Supply Chain, CX, Product) and local depots.</p>

<p data-start="2121" data-end="2229">Partner closely with the Regional Director and BROMs to align on strategic priorities and execution plans.</p>

<p data-start="2234" data-end="2342">Oversee strategic initiatives such as new depot openings, super depot transformation, and expansion efforts.</p>

<p data-start="2346" data-end="2384"><strong data-start="2346" data-end="2382">Inventory and Supplier Oversight</strong></p>

<p data-start="2450" data-end="2606">Ensure the availability of ancillary products and extras across depots through accurate forecasting, procurement planning, and disciplined stock management.</p>

<p><strong>WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?</strong></p>

<p data-start="1429" data-end="1524">Have 5+ years of experience in operations, logistics, consulting, or a fast-growing scale-up.</p>
</li>

<p data-start="1527" data-end="1607">Have led small to medium-sized teams and enjoy coaching and developing others.</p>
</li>
<li data-start="1608" data-end="1684">
<p data-start="1610" data-end="1684">Are an expert in driving performance using KPIs and operational metrics.</p>
</li>

<p data-start="1687" data-end="1751">Understand how to bridge central planning and local execution.</p>
</li>

<p data-start="1754" data-end="1836">Are obsessed with process consistency, but flexible enough to adapt when needed.</p>
