The Role
We are looking for an Operations Executive who will report directly to the Head of Operations and support the efficient running of the organization's day-to-day activities. You will focus on operational monitoring, process improvement, and data analysis, acting as a key enabler for the Head of Operations in driving efficiency across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Supports the Head of Operations in the day-to-day running of the organization
- Monitors ongoing company projects and prepares weekly status updates for the Head of Operations
- Identifies operational inefficiencies and proposes practical improvements
- Assists in the implementation of new procedures and solutions across departments
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to improve tools, platforms, and systems
- Supports the adoption of technology-driven automation and operational tools
- Prepares data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualizations
- Analyses primary and secondary data to support evidence-based decision making
- Prepares ad hoc reports highlighting trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data
Who We Are Looking For
- University Degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in a relevant role
- Fluency in Greek and English, both written and verbal
- Ability to write and communicate clearly
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, or similar)
- Organizational and planning skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
