What you will be doing
We are looking for a Patient Support Executive to manage our telemedicine operations. You will be responsible for ensuring a smooth user experience across our services.
On a day-to-day basis, this means you will:
Investigate and resolve all inbound queries
Troubleshoot basic app issues faced by our users
Manage and de-escalate complaint cases
Be the primary outbound channel for patient-facing interactions via email, phone call, or text messaging

What we are looking for
Required:
Proactive and solution-oriented approach to work
Able to prioritise and multitask efficiently to resolve live issues
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
Flexible in shift rotations, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
Good to have:
Degree/Diploma in and/or working experience in telemedicine or healthcare industry
