Working Hours: 10:00 AM β 6:00 PM
Days Off: Friday & Saturday

πΉ Key Responsibilities:
Support and coordinate daily operational activities
Handle phone calls and communicate professionally with customers and stakeholders
Maintain accurate records and reports using Excel and internal systems
Assist management in ensuring smooth workflow and process efficiency
πΉ Requirements:
Graduate, aged 23β35
Good command of English
Excellent Excel and system skills (must-have)
Strong communication and phone-handling skills
Customer service background is preferred
No prior operations experience required (fresh operations profiles are welcome)
