About the role

Division: Client Experience - CBS (Client Business Strategy)

Within the Client & Business Strategy (CBS) Division, our Client Integration team “Parties Entities Specific team”, is looking for a candidate who would be interested in an exciting and challenging position with our team managing Euroclear parties data and reporting setup (Global Custodians, Broker Dealers, Investment managers, Central banks,…).

The Client & Business Strategy (CBS) Division is responsible for new business generation, business growth and client dedication & retention, through sales, relationship and account management and direct client support.

Team: Parties Entity specific team is a dynamic team, in the Client Experience department, that is responsible for managing account setup and reporting setup setup for Clients and other parties within our Entity specific applications (Mainframe etc). The team handles ESES/EB setups and answers data/setup questions raised by clients and internal counterparties. The team supports technical rollout of projects – with specific expertise for the entity specific applications.

We aim to make the client experience easy and enjoyable through efficient and value added support to both external and internal clients. 

Role

  • Perform connectivity setup for the Euroclear parties (clients and others ) through entity specific applications
  • Subscription Management: perform subscription setup to reports and services through entity specific applications
  • Salesforce Case Management: apply the process to manage correctly actions requested via assigned Salesforce cases
  • Resolve user problems efficiently
  • Special initiatives: participate in specific initiatives within the framework of Project rollout
  • Daily client interaction
  • Attend daily whiteboard sessions, raise issues, and propose – when possible - pragmatic, constructive ideas
