SNL Painting is seeking a highly organized, analytical Operations & Integration Manager. This role acts as an organizational integrator in the style of EOS, supporting the CEO and operations team across multiple departments. You will spend your time collecting data, analyzing operational performance, and building the processes that drive our company’s key initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

This is a fast-paced role that helps 'connect the dots' across all areas of the business. The areas of focus will change day to day but include:

 

• Executive Support & Process Development: Drive tactical execution of ad hoc strategic initiatives for the CEO and collaborate with the CEO and CFO
• Data Collection, Financial Analysis and Auditing: Ensure data integrity, generate standard and ad hoc reporting for financial metrics and KPI's
  
• HR & Safety Administration: Manage the talent pipeline, act as the primary liaison with our outsourced HR firm, manage and maintain the company's safety compliance
• Marketing Management: Oversee marketing plan execution, approve content and provide guidance to the local outsourced marketing agency
• Tech Stack Management: Partner with software vendors to refine and troubleshoot CRM, estimating, production, and billing apps
• Meeting Facilitation: Develop agendas and lead the weekly Production meeting, monthly Crew Leader meeting, and monthly All-Team meeting
• Operational Support: Provide temporary backup to departments when someone is out on PTO

Qualifications & Skills

• 3–5+ years of experience in business operations, project management, or an "Integrator" role (experience in construction, trades, or home services is a major plus)
• Strong proficiency with QuickBooks Online, CRM platforms, and project management tools
• Strong analytical mindset with experience working with numbers, spreadsheets, and financial reports to find trends and process inefficiencies
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to confidently lead meetings and collaborate with executive leadership, field crews, and external vendors.Ability to juggle multiple departments (HR, Marketing, Finance) without letting balls drop

COMPENSATION AND SCHEDULE:

• 40 hours per week
• Hybrid-remote and occasionally in our office
• 8:00-5:00 preferred

• $80,000 per year

• 10 Days PTO
