The Global Operations Manager specifically assists in the coordination and oversight of all aircraft movements within the Atlas network via communications with all customers, network groups and stations.</p> <p><strong><u>Major Job Accountabilities:</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Main EOC contact for all operations.</li> <li>Coordinate with EOC network support staff to ensure all parties have the latest info related to operations.</li> <li>Communicate operational customer information/changes to all affected stations, vendors and affected employees.</li> <li>Monitor all flight activity including the research and coding of flight delays.</li> <li>Create Global Operational reports for all flights as required.</li> <li>Maintain AIMS operating system database with all aircraft dispositions.</li> <li>Process customers’ operational requests (i.e. schedule changes, etc.).</li> <li>Review customer validation reports for operational data and adjust the operating system as necessary.</li> <li>Monitor all flight activity including the research and coding of flight delays.</li> <li>Create and coordinate recovery plans for Atlas/Polar aircraft disruptions.</li> <li>Administrative responsibility for EOC Ops Controllers.</li> </ul> <p><strong><u>Qualifications:&nbsp; </u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree preferred.</li> <li>3-5 years of prior airline operations experience required.</li> <li>Prior operations experience highly desirable.</li> <li>Ability to handle multiple tasks.</li> <li>Comfortable and demonstrate making key decisions.</li> <li>Strong computer proficiency.</li> <li>Perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.</li> <li>Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.</li> <li>Flexibility with schedule to include working nights, weekends and holidays.</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p>The Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
