You will be leading the local operations team and working closely with other cross-functional/HQ stakeholders to support our mission to make cities more sustainable, accessible, and affordable.</div> <div class="p-rich_text_section"> </div> </text> </gh-role-detail> <gh-responsibilities> <title>Your daily adventures will include:</title> <bulletpoints> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><point>Analysing data to optimise Bolt’s marketplace health for drivers and riders.</point></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><point>Developing complex analytical models and reporting systems for Slovakia.</point></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><point>Developing and nurturing critical relationships that will grow our business (stakeholders include: unions; regulators; government officials; local communities, etc.).</point></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><point>Identifying trends, risks, and improvement opportunities on a local level that may impact the business.</point></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><point>Overseeing the optimisation of local operational processes and procedures.</point></li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0"><point>Driving business growth and revenue through achieving operational milestones and key metrics.</point></li> <li><point>Taking ownership of Bolt’s growth in Slovakia by ensuring both local operations and HQ teams support and collaborate actively with each other to meet business objectives.</point></li> <li><point>Advocating and elevating Bolt’s brand, product, and service whilst navigating through regulatory matters and local policies within the transportation and tech industry.</point></li> <li><point>Overseeing the design and execution of operational strategies/goals to strengthen our value proposition.</point></li> </ul> </bulletpoints> </gh-responsibilities>   <gh-requirements> <title>About you:</title> <bulletpoints> <ul> <li class="p1"><point>You have 1+ years of experience in an operations management role.</point></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><point>You have 5+ years of experience working in Operations, Consulting, Analytics, or in a related field.</point></li> <li><point>You are a strong leader and collaborator with excellent English and the Czech or Slovak language (both verbal and written).</point></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><point>You are a hustler, not stopping after several obstacles a day.</point></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><point>You are passionate about new technologies and ride-hailing.</point></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><point>You are highly analytical and have a data-driven mindset with excellent Excel skills.</point></li> <li><point>You have a Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Economics, Finance, or other analytical subject.</point></li> <li><point>You have a strong sense of ownership with a hands-on approach.</point></li> <li><point>You are comfortable with developing analytical and decision frameworks to support your strategies and decisions.</point></li> </ul> </bulletpoints> </gh-requirements> </bulletpoints> <text> Experience is great, but what we really look for is drive, intelligence, and integrity.
