This is a true player–coach role where you’ll manage your own recruiting desk while also coaching others, driving performance, and ensuring exceptional service delivery for both talent and clients.</p> <p data-start="607" data-end="999">In this role, you’ll also serve as a key client-facing partner for our large manufacturing client, supporting day-to-day workforce needs while also stepping into more strategic conversations around staffing, performance, and workforce planning.
