<p data-start="159" data-end="242"><strong>Operations Manager</strong><br data-start="195" data-end="198">📍 Onsite| Full-Time | Service Delivery</p>
<p data-start="244" data-end="605">As an Operations Manager at Openwork, you’ll play a critical role in keeping our branch running smoothly while leading and developing a team of recruiters. This is a true player–coach role where you’ll manage your own recruiting desk while also coaching others, driving performance, and ensuring exceptional service delivery for both talent and clients.</p>
<p data-start="607" data-end="999">In this role, you’ll also serve as a key client-facing partner for our large manufacturing client, supporting day-to-day workforce needs while also stepping into more strategic conversations around staffing, performance, and workforce planning. You’ll balance hands-on execution with higher-level account management to ensure strong service delivery and long-term partnership success.</p>

<li data-section-id="13rxi24" data-start="1026" data-end="1129">Lead, mentor, and develop recruiters to ensure team KPIs and performance goals are consistently met</li>
<li data-section-id="na4l3s" data-start="1130" data-end="1223">Manage your own recruiting desk, driving weekly GP and delivering high-quality placements</li>
<li data-section-id="1sb37wv" data-start="1224" data-end="1398">Serve as a client-facing partner for a large manufacturing account, supporting workforce needs, resolving escalations, and maintaining strong day-to-day communication</li>
<li data-section-id="copl4r" data-start="1399" data-end="1525">Participate in strategic client discussions, including QBRs, performance reviews, and workforce planning conversations</li>
<li data-section-id="xnp9gq" data-start="1526" data-end="1630">Optimize recruiting operations, processes, and workflows for efficiency, compliance, and scalability</li>
<li data-section-id="1kdjtv8" data-start="1631" data-end="1728">Partner closely with recruiters to ensure alignment on client needs and delivery expectations</li>
<li data-section-id="10v4zfy" data-start="1729" data-end="1821">Build and maintain a positive, high-performance team culture grounded in Openwork values</li>
<li data-section-id="1k559vu" data-start="1822" data-end="1907">Track, analyze, and communicate team and branch performance to the Market Manager</li>
