About the role
Responsibilities:
- Recruit, hire, train, direct, evaluate, and mentor staff across multiple locations.
- Deliver daily operational updates and disseminate information to personnel at all operating sites.
- Ensure daily performance goals are met and provide productivity status reports to leadership.
- Oversee technical and analytical components of the operation to achieve both short‑ and long‑term objectives.
- Establish unit goals, set priorities, manage deadlines, and allocate personnel based on evolving mission needs.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:
- Expertise in operational oversight within a large-scale, mission-driven environment.
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating operational performance, customer satisfaction, and procedural effectiveness.
- Ability to develop and implement operational procedures and policies.
- Proficiency in assessing and addressing training needs across diverse teams.
- Demonstrated English reading comprehension.
- Capability to perform physical tasks including lifting 45 lbs.+, bending, stooping, climbing, and reaching.
