Operations Manager

This is an exceptional job opportunity to join UK’s leading translation and Interpretation company EMPIRE GROUP. We arelooking for full time Operations Manager for our office located in Phase 7, Bahria town, Islamabad. The incumbent will be responsible for formulating strategy, improving performance, procuring material and resources and securing compliance. He/she should be ready to mentor team members, find ways to increase quality of customer service and implement best practices across all levels.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
• Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
• Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant
• Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability
• Manage budgets and forecasts
• Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
• Ensure that all policies are implemented in its true spirit
• Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures.
• Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
• Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
• Work with the UK & PK management to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals.
• Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.
• Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations.

Requirements

QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE

• BBA/MBA from reputed university specialized in Operations or Project management
• 4+ years of relevant experience as admin or operations manager
• BPO/IT industry experience preferred
• Excellent English communication skills
