Operations Manager, Berlin, Germany

Your Mission

• Lead a team of warehouse associates and bike mechanics
• Design, build and own entire parts of the operational flow
• Go deep into the data to find optimization opportunities
• Manage relationships with suppliers, manufacturers and partners
• Design and implement processes to optimize customer experience and financial efficiency
• Set up tools and dashboards to get an accurate view on operations
• Work closely with the rest of the company to support an extremely fast paced growth and expansion

What We’re Looking For

• Strong academic background in engineering, finance, logistics, business, MINT or similar
• 3-5 years of experience in Operations, Finance, or equivalent
• Proficiency in English (Fluency in German highly preferred)
• Possess strong communication and leadership skills, able to lead a small team in a warehouse environment
• Superior problem solving skills; able to manage detail, establish root cause, and to analyse data
• Comfort with working in a fast-paced and changing environment
• Attention to details and obsession for operational excellence
• Readiness to be fully accountable for a complex operational scope
• Thrive on change and a dynamic environment. Inclined to operate with flexibility and to commit the extra step required to get the job done
