Operations Manager - Casual Dining

We’re not just flipping burgers—we’re redefining fast casual dining in Amsterdam. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a passionate Operations Manager to lead our daily operations, ensuring every guest leaves happy and every location runs smoothly.

What you’ll do

• Oversee daily operations across multiple locations in The Netherlands

• Hire, train, and develop supervisors and staff

• Monitor and improve food quality, speed of service, and customer experience

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations

• Drive operational efficiencies, cost control, and waste reduction

• Manage inventory and vendor relationships

• Analyze KPIs (e.g., revenue, labor cost, customer feedback)

• Lead expansion initiatives and support the opening of new locations

• Report directly to company leadership and contribute to strategic planning

What you’ll bring

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role in fast casual / quick-service restaurants

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Excellent knowledge of food safety and service standards

• Hands-on problem-solving abilities

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Fluent in English

• Based in or around Amsterdam
