The Digital Operations Manager leads end‐to‐end delivery, operational execution, and financial management for CareDx digital products. This role blends operational leadership, technical project management, and financial accountability, ensuring successful implementations, compliant revenue execution, and strong customer adoption. The Digital Operations Manager serves as a Technical Program Manager across implementations and integrations while also owning key operational systems, processes, and cross‐functional coordination. Key Responsibilities Operational & Delivery Leadership <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Manage new site implementations across multiple digital products from contract handoff through go‐live and stabilization </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Own end‐to‐end execution of digital product delivery, ensuring consistency across varying contract structures </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Lead cross‐functional coordination with: <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Engineering </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Data Science </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Field teams </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Customer Success and CareDx Pro teams </li> </ul> </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Drive operational excellence, quality, and scalability across implementations and support</li> </ul> Technical Program & Project Management <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Act as Technical Project / Program Manager for complex digital initiatives, integrations, and platform enhancements </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, and milestones </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Lead client kickoff meetings, technical alignment sessions, and status reviews </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Serve as primary escalation point for delivery, integration, or platform‐related risks </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Partner closely with Engineering on: <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Defect resolution </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Enhancements </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Release planning and delivery timelines </li> </ul> </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Ensure solutions align with technical, security, and scalability requirements</li> </ul> Financial Operations & Governance <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Oversee digital revenue operations, including: <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Forecasting </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Billing </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Revenue recognition </li> </ul> </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Ensure billing and revenue recognition are executed per contract terms and compliant with GAAP/SOX </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Manage Clarizen as the system of record: <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Create and maintain projects and milestones </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Align billing and rev‐rec to contract‐specific terms </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Provide reporting and visibility to Finance and leadership </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Partner with Sales to ensure contract and SOW accuracy prior to execution</li> </ul> </li> </ul> Customer Adoption & Success Enablement <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Drive customer adoption and long‐term operational success post‐go‐live </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Partner with CareDx engagement roles, including: <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Strategic Account Manager (SAM) </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Technical Account Manager (TAM) </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">MSL </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Operations </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Customer Adoption Specialist (CAS) </li> </ul> </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Support ongoing value realization through structured touchpoints, adoption reviews, and optimization efforts</li> </ul> Systems, Compliance & Process Ownership <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Maintain and administer Clarizen, including process improvements and data integrity </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Own operational SOC 2 quarterly evidence gathering and coordination </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Define, document, and improve operational workflows and delivery standards </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Ensure accuracy and consistency across operational documentation</li> </ul> People Leadership <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Manage and develop a team of direct reports across implementation and operations </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Provide coaching, performance management, and career development support </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement</li> </ul> Required Qualifications <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Experience: 7+ years of experience in operations management, technical program management, or PMO leadership. </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Demonstrated experience supporting: <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">SaaS and services‐based delivery models. </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Client‐facing implementations and platform integrations. </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;
