Working Hours: CET - split between morning and afternoon

Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate Auto Transports: Support the operations team by coordinating car transport services in a fast-paced and growing environment, ensuring smooth execution with compounds and drivers.
2. Ad-Hoc Support: Provide ad hoc support to assist the operations team with various tasks as needed.
3. Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate with carriers, customers, and other partners to ensure seamless workflow and effective communication.
4. Customer Communication: Handle phone communication with customers, ensuring their needs are met and providing excellent service throughout the process.

Requirements:

  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and French

  • Growth-Oriented: Interest in expanding responsibilities and growing within the company. Eager to learn and grow with the company.

  • Mindset: A proactive and hands-on mentality, with a knack for problem-solving.

  • Communication Skills: Strong phone communication skills; prior experience in customer support or sales is advantageous.

  • Organizational Abilities: Excellent multitasking skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
