About the role

  • Department: Engineering.
  • Employment Type: Full-Time.
  • Work Schedule: 5:30pm - 1:30am (IST) On-Site.
  • Location: EMAAR Digital Green, Tower B, Golf Course Road Extension, Sector 61, Gurugram, Haryana – 122011.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, lead, and scale an offshore OSP engineering team including CAD designers, GIS technicians, and engineers.
  • Manage hiring, onboarding, performance management, and team development.
  • Oversee end-to-end OSP design delivery, including aerial and underground fiber layouts, splicing, and construction plans.
  • Ensure all deliverables comply with U.S. standards (NESC, NEC) and client specifications.
  • Act as the primary liaison between offshore teams and U.S.-based engineering and project management teams.
  • Coordinate project workflows, timelines, and multi-project delivery across time zones.
  •  Establish and enforce quality control processes, review cycles, and performance metrics.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs, design standards, and documentation practices.
  • Optimize tools and workflows (AutoCAD, GIS, MicroStation, etc.) to improve efficiency and reduce rework.
  • Support project tracking, reporting, and communication with internal stakeholders.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • 8+ years of experience in OSP telecom/fiber engineering design.
  • Minimum 3+ years in a leadership or team management role.
  • Strong expertise in aerial and underground fiber design and FTTx/FTTH architectures.
  • Proven experience working with U.S. telecom standards, client specifications, and permitting requirements.
  • Experience managing offshore or distributed engineering teams.
  • Proficiency in OSP design tools (AutoCAD, MicroStation, GIS platforms, Katapult Pro or similar).
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent projects.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken), with experience collaborating across cultures.
