<p>In this role, you’ll drive operational excellence across R&D by improving planning practices, enabling better decision-making, and leading initiatives that simplify how teams work together. You’ll become a key operational partner to leaders across the organization while helping teams stay focused, connected, and effective.</p>
<p><strong>As our Operations Manager, R&D, you will:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Own and evolve core R&D operational processes, including planning cycles, prioritization practices, leadership rituals, and follow-ups.</li>
<li>Build frameworks that improve visibility into objectives, priorities, risks, and execution across the organization.</li>
<li>Lead operational improvement projects that create measurable impact across teams, such as onboarding, communication, or staffing prioritization initiatives.</li>
<li>Support leaders with budget planning and operational decision-making while improving organizational efficiency.</li>
<li>Develop communication channels, feedback loops, and operational best practices that strengthen alignment and collaboration across a global R&D organization.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Here is what will qualify you for the role:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>5+yrs experience leading operational or strategic initiatives in a fast-paced technology environment.</li>
<li>Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.</li>
<li>Ability to influence and align cross-functional teams without direct authority.</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills, including the ability to simplify complex operational topics for different audiences.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What would make you stand out:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience supporting engineering, product, or R&D organizations with a B2B SaaS environment.</li>
<li>Strong analytical skills and experience working with operational metrics or dashboards.</li>
<li>Experience leading organizational change or process transformation initiatives.</li>
<li>Ability to bring structure and clarity to ambiguous or fast-evolving situations.</li>
</ul>
