<p></p> <p><strong>OPERATIONS INTERN</strong></p> <p>State College, Pennsylvania</p> <p>On-Site</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>THE RUNDOWN</strong></p> <p>Playfly Sports is looking for an Operations Intern to join our team in State College, Pennsylvania for the fall semester.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>The primary responsibility of this position is to collaborate with the Partnership Services and Sales Team to provide outstanding service at university sports property athletic events and support the full-time staff in management of sold inventory. This position will assist in football gameday operational tasks, including but not limited to, Beaver Stadium Block Party &amp; Kid’s Zone, Penn State Football Pregame Radio Show, coordination of corporate hospitality events and perform other gameday tasks as required to help ensure the success of university sports property.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH</strong></p> <p>· Support full-time Client Services and Sales staff with game day operational tasks, including but not limited to, Beaver Stadium Block Party &amp; Kid’s Zone setup/breakdown, on-site execution of Penn State Football Pregame Radio Show and Corporate Hospitality Village set up/breakdown, as well as other necessary tasks to ensure the overall success of Penn State Sports Enterprises.</p> <p>· Participate in weekly pre-event planning calls for Corporate Partner activations at the Beaver Stadium Block Party &amp; Kid’s Zone</p> <p>· On-site execution of the Beaver Stadium Block Party &amp; Kid’s Zone including setup/breakdown, coordinating with Corporate Partners, Food Vendors and other stakeholders and ensuring a successful gameday experience for all</p> <p>· Assist with operational/logistical components of the Penn State Football Pregame Radio Show, coordinate with on-air talent, radio broadcast team and other external stakeholders</p> <p>· Provide high quality customer service and communication</p> <p>· Represent Playfly Sports, Penn State Sports Enterprises and Penn State Athletics in a professional manner</p> <p>· Other job-related duties as assigned</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>WHAT YOU’LL BRING</strong></p> <p>· Minimum of Fall 2026 semester availability.</p> <p>· Customer service, Operations and/or brand partnership experience</p> <p>· Responsible, motivated, and comfortable interacting with fans, Corporate Partners, and other vendors</p> <p>· Strong problem-solving skills, detail oriented, flexibility, and willingness to participate in multiple events</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>TRAVEL, LIFTING, PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS</strong></p> <p>· Responsible for attending all home Football games and other assigned sports home games (including afternoon, night, and weekend games)</p> <p>· Ability to lift a minimum of 25lbs</p> <p>· Must have reliable transportation</p> <p>· 3-5 in-office hours per week.</p> <p></p><div class="content-conclusion"><div class="row"> <div class="col-md-24"> <p><strong>WHAT WE DO</strong></p> <p>Playfly Sports is the full-service, leading sports marketing and media company that enables brands to engage with sports fans on a local, regional, and national level through scaled linear, digital, and experiential assets.
