About the role
We’re looking for a high-energy Product Manager to take full ownership of a specific product / store format / segment and run it like your own startup.
You'll lead growth, field ops, and tech delivery — turning hypotheses into products, and products into scaled success stories across the Philippines.
The position involves being and working most of the time in Manila. We help with relocation, finding housing and other things to make your move as comfortable as possible.

Sales & Field Ops team
Dev, Design & QA team focused specifically on P&D
You Might Be Leading
Launching a new financing product
Rolling out new store formats nationwide
Scaling Salmon’s retail footprint by thousands of new locations
Taking a segment from 0 → 1 → 100x
What you'll do
Own the full funnel from customer acquisition → engagement → issuance → conversion
Lead operations with a dedicated on-the-ground team
Build internal tools with our dedicated P&D tech team
Report directly to founders and top management
Go from Launch → Scale → Repeat

2–4 years of experience in product / ops / growth / entrepreneurship
Hands-on and analytical — data drives your thinking
Builder mindset — you thrive in scrappy, fast-moving environments
Bonus if you’ve led store rollouts, product launches, or agent-led ops before
