- Run point on projects across sales, recruiting, and product, ensuring deadlines are met and priorities stay clear.
- Build and improve lightweight processes that make the team more efficient.
- Coordinate communication and scheduling with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Keep projects and tasks organized, from initial planning to final delivery.
- Jump in wherever needed, from onboarding new hires to organizing team events.
- Spot operational gaps before they become problems and take the lead on solutions.
- Has experience running operations or projects in a fast-paced environment (startup or small team a plus).
- Thrives on keeping things organized and moving forward across multiple competing priorities
- Has impeccable attention to detail, judgment, and discretion
- Moves quickly and independently with a mindset toward getting things done
- Communicates with polish and professionalism
- Is based in the San Francisco Bay Area and able to work in a hybrid environment
- Experience planning events, managing internal projects, or supporting finance/admin tasks
- Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and Notion
