This role<br>supports site leadership by overseeing employee engagement programs, assisting with safety and<br>GMP compliance activities, administering building access and onboarding processes, providing basic IT<br>and equipment setup support, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across the facility.<br>The Site Operations Administrator acts as a central point of coordination for employees, leadership,<br>and cross-functional teams, helping maintain operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and a<br>positive employee experience. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail,<br>discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced warehouse environment.</p> <p>●Coordinate and administer employee programs, engagement initiatives, recognition activities,<br>and site communications.<br>● Support safety and GMP compliance efforts through documentation management, training<br>coordination, audits, inspections, and follow-up actions.<br>● Facilitate new hire onboarding, including badge creation, building access, workstation setup,<br>and orientation support.<br>● Provide basic IT support, including computer setup, user access requests, equipment<br>inventory, and troubleshooting coordination with corporate IT teams.<br>● Manage site access controls, visitor processes, and employee badge administration.<br>● Support warehouse leadership with reporting, scheduling, meeting coordination,<br>documentation, and special projects.<br>● Maintain operational records, compliance files, and employee-related documentation.<br>● Coordinate office, facility, and operational support activities to ensure a well-functioning<br>workplace.<br>● Serve as a liaison between site employees and departments including HR, IT, Safety, Facilities,<br>and Operations.<br>● Assist with continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, compliance, employee<br>experience, and overall site performance.</p> <p><strong>Qualifications (Note: We strongly encourage you to apply even if you don’t tick ALL of these boxes.):</strong></p> <p>●Operational Coordination &amp;
