We combine deep research, user-first design, and end-to-end execution from concept to final render, to bring the future of expression to all.</p> <p><strong>About the Role</strong><strong><br></strong>We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Operations Site Lead to oversee and deliver day-to-day G&amp;A services and workplace operations for our London site. This is a highly operational role for someone who enjoys being on the ground, solving problems, supporting employees, and taking ownership of the day-to-day employee and workplace experience.</p> <p><strong>This role requires 5 days a week on-site at our London office.</strong> You will be part of the Operations team and will report to VP Operations.<br>You will be responsible for ensuring a seamless employee experience, maintaining an efficient and well-functioning workplace, and driving local initiatives across Facilities, Employee Experience, Internal Communications, Employer Branding, HR and IT. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership, and enjoys being at the center of office life.</p> <h2>What you will be doing</h2> <ul> <li>Own and manage day-to-day site operations and workplace services.</li> <li>Deliver an exceptional employee experience through workplace initiatives, events, perks, and engagement activities.</li> <li>Lead and execute internal communications and employer branding initiatives.</li> <li>Own facilities operations, including vendor management, maintenance, office services, workplace standards, and health &amp; safety.</li> <li>Act as the go-to person for employees and day-to-day operational needs.</li> <li>Coordinate local IT support needs, equipment management, and office technology.</li> <li>Work closely with the Senior Director of People to support local HR operations and employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, visa processes and day-to-day HR operations.</li> <li>Strengthen the connection between the London site and HQ, ensuring alignment with company culture and initiatives while fostering a strong local identity and community.</li> <li>Ensure a safe, compliant, welcoming, and well-maintained work environment.</li> </ul> <h2>Your skills and experience</h2> <ul> <li>3+ years proven experience in Workplace Operations, Office Management, Employee Experience, or a similar role.</li> <li>Experience in global companies- a must.</li> <li>Hands-on approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.</li> <li>Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.</li> <li>Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.</li> <li>Experience managing multiple stakeholders and operational priorities.</li> <li>Ability to work independently, solve problems, and execute in a dynamic environment.</li> </ul> <h2>Why Join Us:</h2> <p>We’re here to push the boundaries of what’s possible with AI and video - not for the buzz, but for the craft, the challenge, and the chance to make something genuinely new.</p> <p>We believe in an environment where people are encouraged to think, create and explore.
