Recognized as a US Best Managed Company and a Top Workplace, Armstrong thrives on creating positive experiences and fostering partnerships to help grow careers.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Please note this position is fully in-office.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Track and trace pick-ups and deliveries via phone, e-mail or online&nbsp;</li> <li>Manage freight shipments&nbsp;</li> <li>Enter order information into logistics software and update order status&nbsp;</li> <li>Keep load board up to date&nbsp;</li> <li>Continuously follow up on shipments to ensure no problems arise&nbsp;</li> <li>Provide proofs of delivery (PODs) to customers when required&nbsp;</li> <li>Schedule pick-up and delivery appointments as needed&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Proficiency in professional oral and written communication&nbsp;</li> <li>Minimum of a high school diploma&nbsp;</li> <li>Demonstrated success in the ability to work under pressure and multi-task effectively&nbsp;</li> <li>Ability to work without immediate supervision&nbsp;</li> <li>Ability to follow a 100% in-person on-site work model&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>ATG offers medical, dental, vision, flexible spending, and HSA benefits on the first of the month following the date of hire.
