You will be relying on relevant data to form business insights, spot potential for development and recommend changes in the business in order to manage and grow supply and demand for our ride-hailing operations in Slovakia, working closely with other cross-functional/HQ stakeholders to support our mission. </text> </gh-role-detail> <gh-responsibilities> <title>Main tasks and responsibilities:</title> <bulletpoints> <ul> <li><point>Managing and supporting operations projects by defining precise local operational processes, with a focus on strong operational execution and results, always having our stakeholders in mind.</point></li> <li><point>Developing strategies to strengthen the driver's value proposition, to grow our supply base, performance, and retention continually.</point></li> <li><point>Analyzing data – you will be monitoring supply metrics to ensure marketplace health and act upon insights.</point></li> <li><point>Identifying trends, risks, and improvement opportunities on a local level that may impact the business.</point></li> <li><point>Advising and closely collaborating with HQ teams such as Product, Legal or Marketing to develop and execute key initiatives that drive growth and efficiency.</point></li> <li><point>Taking ownership of Bolt's growth by ensuring both local operations and HQ teams support and collaborate actively with each other to meet business goals.</point></li> </ul> </bulletpoints> </gh-responsibilities>   <gh-requirements> <title>About you:</title> <bulletpoints> <ul> <li><point>You have a data-driven mindset and you approach problems methodically.</point></li> <li><point>You have graduated from university or are finishing it at the moment.</point></li> <li><point>You are a strong collaborator with excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in English and Estonian.</point></li> <li><point>You are skilled in data analysis using tools like Excel/Google Sheets, with nice-to-haves like Looker and/or Tableau.</point></li> <li><point>You are solution-oriented and possess a meticulous eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in your work.</point></li> <li><point>You are a team player who builds positive relationships with colleagues, while also being customer-oriented and adept at using feedback to improve services/ensure supply growth.</point></li> </ul> </bulletpoints> <text> Experience is great, but what we really look for is drive, intelligence, and integrity.
