You'll work with data to understand what's happening in our marketplace — how our main metrics are moving, what drivers and riders are doing, how prices are working, and where we're winning or losing against competitors. You'll turn that analysis into clear recommendations, and then help put them into action. You'll support forecasting and planning cycles, run pricing reviews, track the competition, and help prepare weekly and quarterly business reviews. You'll work closely with Finance, Growth, Marketing, Product, and Analytics teams. Our ultimate goal is to make cities for people, not cars, and we need your help to achieve this mission! </text> </gh-about-us> <gh-role-detail> <title>About the role</title> <text> <div class="p-rich_text_section">In this role, you’ll work closely with local & HQ teams to optimize marketplace performance, lead operational projects, analyze trends, and drive initiatives that help shape the future of ride-hailing in Estonia.</div> <div class="p-rich_text_section"> </div> </text> </gh-role-detail> <gh-responsibilities> <title>Your daily adventures will include:</title> <bulletpoints> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><point>Own end-to-end marketplace analysis: deep-dive data, build models, and develop dashboards across supply, demand, pricing, and overall business health.</point></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><point>Diagnose performance issues and translate findings into clear actions, quantifying impact on rides, revenue, and cost.</point></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><point>Own the analysis and review of city-level performance — turn findings into clear actions and follow through on delivery.</point></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><point> Lead competitive intelligence for the Estonian market: track market share, analyse competitor behaviour and market trends, and guide pricing, positioning, and marketing investment decisions.</point></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><point>Drive pricing strategy end-to-end: launch new ride categories, run city and category reviews, and reshape how services are offered to riders and drivers.</point></li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0"><point>Support the monthly and quarterly forecast planning process to ensure accurate budget and OKR alignment.</point></li> <li><point>Assist in the preparation and execution of strategic plans, weekly/quarterly/annual business reviews, and senior stakeholder reporting.</point></li> <li><point>Identify and build new services and features for riders, from idea through launch and follow-up improvements.</point></li> </ul> </bulletpoints> </gh-responsibilities>   <gh-requirements> <title>About you:</title> <bulletpoints> <ul> <li class="p1"><point>Degree in Economics, Business, Statistics, Finance, or a related field, with at least 2 years of experience in an analytical role (audit, consulting, banking, FP&A, or similar; all welcome).</point></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><point>Strong data analysis and modelling skills — you can independently build and work with datasets, structure complex problems, and translate findings into action.</point></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><point>Advanced Excel / Google Sheets modelling (forecasting, scenarios, financial analysis) and hands-on experience with BI tools (Looker, Power BI, or similar). SQL is a strong plus.</point></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><point>Curious and self-sufficient — you spot ways to improve how work gets done, and thrive in fast-paced environments with minimal supervision.</point></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><point>Clear, concise communicator in English and Estonian, able to influence senior stakeholders with confidence.</point></li> <li><point>Nice to have: fluency with AI tools to accelerate your work — using LLMs to analyse data, prototype models, and design or document new processes faster than the next person.</point></li> <li><point>You have a strong sense of ownership with a hands-on approach.</point></li> <li><point>You are a collaborative team player who shares knowledge, supports peers, and always looks for ways to improve processes.</point></li> </ul> </bulletpoints> </gh-requirements> </bulletpoints> <text> Experience is great, but what we really look for is drive, intelligence, and integrity.
