<p>In this role, you will drive business growth on both the supply and demand side through our vehicle-related programs and incentives. You will play a key role in one of Bolt's largest operational initiatives — the Branded Cars program — contributing to its performance, operational excellence, and continued scaling.</p>
<p>This is a hands-on, operational role. You will own the full acquisition process end-to-end: you know how to read a funnel and act on indicators immediately, and you're just as comfortable analysing performance data as you are having a conversation with a driver on the ground to understand their perspective of the program.</p>

<li><point><strong>Funnel ownership</strong> — Monitor and analyse the acquisition funnel in real time; identify conversion drop-offs and take immediate, decisive action to address them. You don't wait to be told where the problem is.</point></li>
<li><point><strong>Processes and tools</strong> — Build and continuously improve the operational infrastructure that underpins the program: lead acquisition, tracking, conversion workflows, and performance reporting.</point></li>
<li><point><strong>Field engagement</strong> — Engage directly with drivers — in person where necessary — to understand friction points, gather ground-level insight, and act as a credible, persuasive ambassador for the program. You're able to get a driver across the line just through your interpersonal skills.</point></li>
<li><point><strong>Partner management</strong> — Cultivate close, trust-based relationships with external partners; act as their primary operational point of contact and ensure delivery on both sides. You follow through, and partners know it.</point></li>
<li><point><strong>Team oversight</strong> — Manage outsourced teams, set productivity and performance indicators, and regularly evaluate their effectiveness in supporting acquisition targets.</point></li>
<li><point><strong>Driver value proposition</strong> — Support the development of strategies to strengthen what we offer drivers and improve retention.</point></li>
<li><point><strong>Performance and KPIs</strong> — Set up and monitor the KPIs that matter; proactively surface opportunities and flag risks before they become problems.</point></li>
<li><point><strong>Competitive intelligence</strong> — Collect benchmark data and monitor competitor activity to ensure our earnings and offering remain compelling in the market..</point></li>

<li><point><strong>2–3 years of experience in an operations role </strong>— ideally one where you've had to operate at both a strategic and ground level.</point></li>
<li><point><strong>Fluent in French and English</strong>; a natural communicator who can adapt your style whether you're presenting data to a central team or convincing a sceptical driver to sign up in one of our hubs.</point></li>
<li><point><strong>Strong analytical skills</strong> and confidence working with Google Suite.</point></li>
<li><point><strong>Street-smart and proactive</strong>: you don't need a playbook for every situation. When something isn't working, you figure it out and move.</point></li>
<li><point><strong>Ownership mindset</strong>: you hold yourself accountable to results, not just activity.</point></li>
<li><point><strong>Hands-on by default</strong>: no task is beneath you if it moves the needle.</point></li>
