You will play a key role in one of Bolt's largest operational initiatives — the Branded Cars program — contributing to its performance, operational excellence, and continued scaling.</p> <p>This is a hands-on, operational role. You will own the full acquisition process end-to-end: you know how to read a funnel and act on indicators immediately, and you're just as comfortable analysing performance data as you are having a conversation with a driver on the ground to understand their perspective of the program.</p> <p>&lt;/text&gt;<br>&lt;/gh-role-detail&gt;</p> <p>&lt;gh-responsibilities&gt;</p> <p>&lt;title&gt;<strong>Main tasks and responsibilities:</strong>&lt;/title&gt;</p> <p>&lt;bulletpoints&gt;</p> <ul> <li>&lt;point&gt;<strong>Funnel ownership</strong> — Monitor and analyse the acquisition funnel in real time; identify conversion drop-offs and take immediate, decisive action to address them. You don't wait to be told where the problem is.&lt;/point&gt;</li> <li>&lt;point&gt;<strong>Processes and tools</strong> — Build and continuously improve the operational infrastructure that underpins the program: lead acquisition, tracking, conversion workflows, and performance reporting.&lt;/point&gt;</li> <li>&lt;point&gt;<strong>Field engagement</strong> — Engage directly with drivers — in person where necessary — to understand friction points, gather ground-level insight, and act as a credible, persuasive ambassador for the program. You're able to get a driver across the line just through your interpersonal skills.&lt;/point&gt;</li> <li>&lt;point&gt;<strong>Partner management</strong> — Cultivate close, trust-based relationships with external partners; act as their primary operational point of contact and ensure delivery on both sides. You follow through, and partners know it.&lt;/point&gt;</li> <li>&lt;point&gt;<strong>Team oversight</strong> — Manage outsourced teams, set productivity and performance indicators, and regularly evaluate their effectiveness in supporting acquisition targets.&lt;/point&gt;</li> <li>&lt;point&gt;<strong>Driver value proposition</strong> — Support the development of strategies to strengthen what we offer drivers and improve retention.&lt;/point&gt;</li> <li>&lt;point&gt;<strong>Performance and KPIs</strong> — Set up and monitor the KPIs that matter; proactively surface opportunities and flag risks before they become problems.&lt;/point&gt;</li> <li>&lt;point&gt;<strong>Competitive intelligence</strong> — Collect benchmark data and monitor competitor activity to ensure our earnings and offering remain compelling in the market..&lt;/point&gt;</li> </ul> <p>&lt;/bulletpoints&gt;</p> <p>&lt;/gh-responsibilities&gt;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&lt;gh-requirements&gt;</p> <p>&lt;title&gt;<strong>About you:</strong>&lt;/title&gt;</p> <p>&lt;bulletpoints&gt;</p> <ul> <li>&lt;point&gt;<strong>2–3 years of experience in an operations role </strong>— ideally one where you've had to operate at both a strategic and ground level.&lt;/point&gt;</li> <li>&lt;point&gt;<strong>Fluent in French and English</strong>; a natural communicator who can adapt your style whether you're presenting data to a central team or convincing a sceptical driver to sign up in one of our hubs.&lt;/point&gt;</li> <li>&lt;point&gt;<strong>Strong analytical skills</strong> and confidence working with Google Suite.&lt;/point&gt;</li> <li>&lt;point&gt;<strong>Street-smart and proactive</strong>: you don't need a playbook for every situation.
