About the role
Operations Specialist supports daily operational execution by handling dispatch coordination, service tracking, issue logging, and team communication. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who thrives on real-time task handling, fast decision-making, and continuous learning. You’ll work closely with dispatchers, customer support, and field teams to ensure smooth service flow and accurate reporting.
- Monitor live service operations and assist with follow-ups and field coordination.
- Log service statuses, update trackers, and flag delays or incomplete tasks.
- Support the dispatch team with real-time task updates and communication.
- Handle internal follow-ups with fleet or customer support on service status.
- Assist in preparing shift handovers, daily summaries, and basic reports.
- Escalate operational challenges to the Sr. Ops Specialist or Team Lead when needed.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or customer service.
- Fluent in Arabic; basic English preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Tech-savvy with basic Excel or Google Sheets knowledge.
- Good communication and a team-first mindset.
