We are currently seeking an Operations Specialist to join our team!
Job Description
As an Operations Specialist, you will work in a commercial and multilingual environment. Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and coordinating loadings and deliveries of containers and vessels.
- Liaising with shipping lines, freight forwarders, insurance companies, suppliers, and customers.
- Managing the full operational cycle, including preparing contracts, invoices, and shipping documentation using SAP Business One.
- Preparing and submitting documentation to banks.

Ideal Candidate
- Fluent in English
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Transportation, Supply Chain, or Management
- Experience in container lines, rail, and truck deliveries
- Strong MS Office, SAP skills
- 2+ years in a trading or forwarding company
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy
