Key Responsibilities – E-Bike Marketplace Operations in Berlin

• Manage daily operations for the Berlin E-Bike Marketplace, ensuring all processes run efficiently and effectively.

• Act as the primary point of contact for riders, suppliers, and internal teams regarding operational issues.

• Coordinate the scheduling, handover, and maintenance logistics of e-bikes between users and partners.

• Monitor platform performance, analyse relevant data, and generate actionable insights for operational improvements.

• Collaborate closely with product, customer support, and logistics to deliver seamless marketplace experiences.

• Identify process bottlenecks in the e-bike lifecycle and propose effective solutions.

• Implement and document best practices to support scalability as the marketplace grows in Berlin and across other locations.

• Support onboarding and training of new users, partners, or team members related to e-bike operations.

• Handle user inquiries and resolve operational problems promptly, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications – Operations Specialist (E-Bike Marketplace)

• Fluent in English (business proficiency); German language skills are a strong advantage.

• Minimum2 years’ experience in operations, logistics, mobility, or related marketplace environments.

• Strong organisational skills with the capacity to manage multiple operational tasks effectively.
