<p>&lt;gh-intro&gt;<br>&lt;text&gt;</p> <p>We’re&nbsp;looking for a <strong>Senior Operations Specialist (Driver Engagement and Growth - Communications and CRM)</strong>&nbsp;to support in raising awareness and adoption of Bolt and increase engagement among our driver community. &lt;/point&gt; <p>&lt;/text&gt;<br>&lt;/gh-role-detail&gt;</p> <p>&lt;gh-responsibilities&gt;</p> <p>&lt;title&gt;<strong>Main tasks and responsibilities:</strong>&lt;/title&gt;</p> <p>&lt;bulletpoints&gt;</p> </li> <li>&lt;point&gt;Collaborate with Central, Local Ops and Local Marketing in rolling out comms plans for new product and feature launches tailored to our driver audience.&lt;/point&gt;</li> <li>&lt;point&gt;Lead and develop a communications strategy, plan and calendar to achieve quarterly and monthly marketplace objectives for driver engagement and growth.&lt;/point&gt;</li> <li>&lt;point&gt;Draft and distribute clear, compliant driver communications related to legal, regulatory, and policy updates, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with local and regional requirements.&lt;/point&gt;</li> <li>&lt;point&gt;Ensure high adoption rates by providing clear, persuasive and timely messaging.&lt;/point&gt;</li> <li>&lt;point&gt;Manage day-to-day communications to drivers across channels.&lt;/point&gt;</li> <li>&lt;point&gt;Create segmented campaigns working with our Lifecycle Teams based on driver lifecycle (onboarding, active, inactive, etc.).&lt;/point&gt;</li> <li>&lt;point&gt;Continuously test and iterate on content formats, message timing, and delivery channels to optimise targeted campaigns.&lt;/point&gt;</li> <li>&lt;point&gt;Coordinating with Local Marketing, Marketing and Legal team, create and adapt engaging and compliant content across all touchpoints - digital, social, and physical (e.g. hub posters, flyers).&lt;/point&gt;</li> <li>&lt;point&gt;Create digital content from social videos to newsletter copy and assets.&lt;/point&gt;</li> <li>&lt;point&gt;Maintain campaign calendars and ensure a consistent tone of voice, brand alignment and compliance across all channels.&lt;/point&gt;</li> <li>&lt;point&gt;Build trust and a sense of community with the driver base through consistent, clear, transparent and engaging communication.&lt;/point&gt;</li> <li>&lt;point&gt;Support the execution of on-the-ground driver engagement campaigns and initiatives.&lt;/point&gt;</li> <li>&lt;point&gt;Collaborate with operations teams to gather feedback from drivers and iterate communication strategies accordingly.&lt;/point&gt;</li> <li>&lt;point&gt;Measure the success of all communications and campaigns through data-driven reporting.&lt;/point&gt;</li> <li>&lt;point&gt;Track and report on key metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and apply learnings to future plans.&lt;/point&gt;</li> </ul> <p>&lt;/bulletpoints&gt;</p> <p>&lt;/gh-responsibilities&gt;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&lt;gh-requirements&gt;</p> <p>&lt;title&gt;<strong>About you:</strong>&lt;/title&gt;</p> <p>&lt;bulletpoints&gt;</p> <ul> <li>&lt;point&gt;3 years+ experience in <strong>content creation,</strong> <strong>communications, engagement and social marketing</strong>, and<strong> campaigns</strong>.&lt;/point&gt;</li> <li>&lt;point&gt;Experience with similar audiences, community building and/or marketplace environments (e.g. gig economy, platforms, logistics, mobility) a strong plus.&lt;/point&gt;</li> <li>&lt;point&gt; Comfortable&nbsp;<strong>c</strong>reating your own social video content<strong>.</strong>&lt;/point&gt;</li> <li>&lt;point&gt;Hands-on experience with<strong> Braze, Mailchimp and Clever tap</strong> as well as managing and monitoring social/digital channels (WhatsApp, Facebook groups, email, etc.).&lt;/point&gt;</li> <li>&lt;point&gt;Excellent <strong>copywriting</strong> skills and ability to adapt tone for different segments and platforms.&lt;/point&gt;</li> <li>&lt;point&gt;Familiar with <strong>performance tracking, campaign reporting</strong>, and insight generation.&lt;/point&gt;</li> </ul> <p>&lt;/bulletpoints&gt;</p> <p>&lt;text&gt;</p> <p>Experience is great, but what we really look for is drive, intelligence, and integrity.
