<p>We’re looking for a <strong>Senior Operations Specialist (Driver Engagement and Growth - Communications and CRM)</strong> to support in raising awareness and adoption of Bolt and increase engagement among our driver community. This is a hands-on and impact-focused role where you’ll be responsible for the strategy, planning and execution with drivers across multiple channels and be expected to operate with agility and independence.</p>
<p>You’ll collaborate with local ops, local marketing and central marketing specialist teams to shape and execute end-to-end communication strategies and campaigns tailored specifically for our drivers across social media, WhatsApp, email, and in-person activations at local hubs.</p>

<p>As the Senior Operations Specialist for Driver Communication and Engagement, you will:</p>
<ul>
<li><point><strong>Drive awareness and adoption</strong> through targeted communications during driver-facing product and feature launches.</point></li>
<li><point><strong>Build and maintain driver engagement</strong>, education and loyalty through consistent, localised, multichannel communication.</point></li>
<li><point><strong>Own our driver comms strategy, planning and execution,</strong> coordinating across teams for content and channels to drive impact and improve performance. </point>

<li><point>Collaborate with Central, Local Ops and Local Marketing in rolling out comms plans for new product and feature launches tailored to our driver audience.</point></li>
<li><point>Lead and develop a communications strategy, plan and calendar to achieve quarterly and monthly marketplace objectives for driver engagement and growth.</point></li>
<li><point>Draft and distribute clear, compliant driver communications related to legal, regulatory, and policy updates, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with local and regional requirements.</point></li>
<li><point>Ensure high adoption rates by providing clear, persuasive and timely messaging.</point></li>
<li><point>Manage day-to-day communications to drivers across channels.</point></li>
<li><point>Create segmented campaigns working with our Lifecycle Teams based on driver lifecycle (onboarding, active, inactive, etc.).</point></li>
<li><point>Continuously test and iterate on content formats, message timing, and delivery channels to optimise targeted campaigns.</point></li>
<li><point>Coordinating with Local Marketing, Marketing and Legal team, create and adapt engaging and compliant content across all touchpoints - digital, social, and physical (e.g. hub posters, flyers).</point></li>
<li><point>Create digital content from social videos to newsletter copy and assets.</point></li>
<li><point>Maintain campaign calendars and ensure a consistent tone of voice, brand alignment and compliance across all channels.</point></li>
<li><point>Build trust and a sense of community with the driver base through consistent, clear, transparent and engaging communication.</point></li>
<li><point>Support the execution of on-the-ground driver engagement campaigns and initiatives.</point></li>
<li><point>Collaborate with operations teams to gather feedback from drivers and iterate communication strategies accordingly.</point></li>
<li><point>Measure the success of all communications and campaigns through data-driven reporting.</point></li>
<li><point>Track and report on key metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and apply learnings to future plans.</point></li>

<li><point>3 years+ experience in <strong>content creation,</strong> <strong>communications, engagement and social marketing</strong>, and<strong> campaigns</strong>.</point></li>
<li><point>Experience with similar audiences, community building and/or marketplace environments (e.g. gig economy, platforms, logistics, mobility) a strong plus.</point></li>
<li><point> Comfortable <strong>c</strong>reating your own social video content<strong>.</strong></point></li>
<li><point>Hands-on experience with<strong> Braze, Mailchimp and Clever tap</strong> as well as managing and monitoring social/digital channels (WhatsApp, Facebook groups, email, etc.).</point></li>
<li><point>Excellent <strong>copywriting</strong> skills and ability to adapt tone for different segments and platforms.</point></li>
<li><point>Familiar with <strong>performance tracking, campaign reporting</strong>, and insight generation.</point></li>
