As an Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in keeping the fleet moving by driving, deploying, relocating, and<br>preparing scooters for riders. You will work behind the scenes to ensure every ride is safe, smooth, and on time while helping reduce<br>carbon emissions and traffic.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Execute Fleet Deployment: Safely drive, load, and unload vehicles to deploy or retrieve scooters following mobile<br>app routes.<br>● Optimize Market Demand: Relocate scooters from low-demand areas to high-demand areas efficiently to<br>maximize rider access.<br>● Perform Field Maintenance: Conduct basic diagnostics, quality checks, and preparation on scooters and e-bikes<br>to ensure safety.<br>● Manage Technology Tools: Operate a smartphone and internal apps while multitasking in a fast-paced<br>environment to hit daily goals.<br>● Support Logistics Operations: Assist with warehouse tasks and fleet staging to maintain an organized<br>operational flow.<br>● Contribute to Product Growth: Participate in product testing and new feature rollouts to improve the rider<br>experience.<br>● Maintain Team Communication: Communicate clearly with teammates and supervisors to coordinate daily field<br>activities.</li> </ul> <p>Pay: 18.00 CAD</p> <p><strong>Must Haves</strong></p> <ul> <li>Age Requirement: Must be 21+ years old.</li> <li>Experience: Minimum of two years of driving experience required</li> <li>Licenses: Must possess a valid driver's license.</li> <li>Proficiency in English and comfort using smartphone applications while on the move.</li> <li>Ability to lift and transport objects up to 50 lbs (with or without accommodation).</li> <li>Must be able to work weekends and holidays</li> </ul> <p>Highly Desired</p> <ul> <li>Familiarity with Windsor’s local streets and neighborhoods is considered a plus.</li> <li>Flexibility for varied shift work&nbsp;</li> <li>Experience in delivery, logistics, rideshare, or warehouse work&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p>Compensation: $18 per hour.</p> <h3><strong>Why Bird Matters</strong></h3> <p>Every time you hop on a Bird, you’re helping build a more livable city.
