About the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Operations Specialist to support our leasing operations. This role involves showing rental units to prospective tenants, coordinating unit handovers, and ensuring a smooth transition from showing to occupancy. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a passion for delivering excellent service.
Schedule and conduct property tours for potential tenants.
Highlight key features and benefits of each unit and the overall property.
List inquiries regarding lease terms, amenities, and community policies.
Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere during all showings.
Prepare units for handover, ensuring cleanliness and readiness.
Conduct move-in inspections and document unit condition.
Facilitate the signing of handover documents and delivery of keys/access cards.
Provide tenants with orientation on property rules, maintenance procedures, and contact points.
Requirements
Previous experience in property management, leasing, or customer service preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., MS Office, CRM systems).
Professional appearance and demeanor.
0-3 years of experience.
Work Environment:
On-site at residential properties.
May require occasional evening or weekend availability.
