The Production Supervisor is accountable for meeting or exceeding all operational goals through strong interpersonal communication, strategic planning, and a commitment to excellence. The ideal candidate builds strong professional relationships across departments, is an agent of change, and prioritizes the safety of both our team and our customers.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty within the warehouse satisfactorily. Responsible for meeting site environmental, health, quality &amp; safety performance metrics. Maintains or exceeds the requirements and standards of OSHA, AlB, GMP, HACCP, FSSC, and FDA.</li> <li>Monitor and assess team performance against established KPIs. Implement strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and overall operational excellence.</li> <li>Foster a collaborative and transparent environment, ensuring information flows effectively across departments.</li> <li>Uphold and enforce safety and quality protocols within the facility. Conduct regular safety training sessions and inspections to maintain a secure working environment.</li> <li>Optimize the allocation of resources, including manpower and equipment, to meet operational demands efficiently. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflows.</li> <li>Lead and mentor front-line operations staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, safety, and teamwork. Provide coaching and support to enhance individual and team performance.</li> <li>Ensure that team members are equipped with the necessary skills for success.
