Junior Operations Support (2 rotative shifts or regular schedule)

Operations Management

• Support end‑to‑end road freight operations across shipper‑ and carrier‑facing activities, including system registration, transport scheduling, and daily execution.
• Drive service quality through proactive communication, strong ownership, and high attention to detail.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve daily operational issues, ensuring timely follow‑up and clear documentation of actions taken.
• Ensure all operations comply with applicable transportation regulations, internal policies, and service standards.

Stakeholder Relations

• Work closely with Operations Management teams across multiple European locations to support seamless collaboration and cross‑office alignment.
• Contribute to improving operational efficiency by sharing best practices, insights, and hands‑on support in day‑to‑day activities.

Performance Monitoring

• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational efficiency and service quality.
• Identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities, and support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
